Hey. Checkin' in. How's it going?

[what the heck sad dad this is so impersonal for you, now he's concerned.]

Everyone's understandably stressed. Worried about those left on the ground. Otherwise, we're in good shape. What about you? Any update since the attack?

[airily]

[ It's fine!! He's just tired!! ]

Communication seems to be working again, but I dunno how much of that is everyone else and how much of it was Sorey and me. Anyone on the ground you wanna check in on?

We'll have to check with the rest of the ships to see what they know.

Alisha's ship fell- as far as we know she was on board at the time. We need to make sure she's okay.

Everything was fried. Sorey and I are working on it, but I dunno if it's something we can do without asking all the other ships. If we can get broadcasting it might trigger the others, or the same the other way, I guess. I'll find a way to get to her.

[tsunergy]

I know it's a work in progress- if we were hit, other ships are likely in the same situation. We'll just have to keep trying to get the word out until it goes through.

Is there anything you need done? [ He might be going a little bit stir crazy, being cooped up like this. ]

[Yeah, he's getting a sense of that. Hmm.]

I was thinking we might be able to set up a broadcast that loops automatically, in case someone on the ground is able to contact us again. Is that something we can do?

[Zaveid's got the comms augment now, after all. Since Mikleo switched he can't really make heads or tails of it anymore, and with Daeron preoccupied taking care of the collapsed Maglor, he's also the only option, though Mikleo would have gone to him first anyway.]

Yeah, I think we can manage that. It would be easy to set a quick video to go on repeat... Or, I guess, something with our voices.

[ Considering they're invisible and all. ]

[There's a huge, heavy knock on Mikleo's door and when he opens it, he'll find a small box with a red ribbon on it.

Inside, chocolates are nestled in the box, a few layers deep.

It's amazing, isn't it? Though I imagine he'd prefer that you use "merman".

[waves that aside. pah. gender roles] I don't understand how something like that could be a- a glitch, but I guess it's possible. I mean, you were turned into a little kid! [an adorable little kid]

[look he's not saying HE has the hangup but it's a thing.]

There doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason for what happens when a "glitch" occurs, but that's the only explanation we have for it... and ugh, don't remind me.

Someone's beaten you to the punch- I think Keith got him sorted already, he seems to be enjoying it. I just came from there.

[Which may explain why he's sopping wet in his clothes.]

Anyway, he's not using my water. Someone went and created a public pool in a separate area of the ship. It's more spacious, so it makes more sense for him to be there.

[And he kiiiinda likes his tank being kept more secret. He's grown protective of his plants, and it hardly counts as a sanctuary if anyone can just barge in and splash around.]

Oh yeah, he did say he got gills! You know what, we should visit him at the pool! We could go swimming together! [Can u tell Sorey is hype about this, can u tell he's so excited]

I can't tell if this is because you want to go swimming, or because you want to be a mermaid.
