RESONANCE PERMISSIONS

Mikleo is a seraph, which in his canon is a spiritual being that cannot be seen, heard, or touched by humans without a sufficient level of resonance. Resonance basically means their level of instinctive or spiritual power, depending on species. Most "normal" people cannot interact with seraphim, and go about their lives without even noticing them.

Those who can typically see and/or hear seraphim in canon are:

• Animals (or those with animal senses or instincts)
  
• Spiritual or supernatural beings
  
• Monsters/demons/hellions
  
• Humans with exceptionally high spiritual resonance (those who can naturally see ghosts or spirits, those who can 'sense' the weird stuff)
  
• People with magic or unusual/supernatural powers

For roleplaying purposes, anyone's resonance with Mikleo will increase the more they are around him. Whichever CR he has who don't fall in the above categories, for example, will have it grow over time! (this can be weeks or months or longer depending on preference, for fun.) It starts with hearing him, then seeing him can follow some time after.

In Folkmore, the power of Lore can be used to sense Mikleo's presence, give him a visible 'shape', or boost resonance to see or hear him faster. The degree to which it can help is up to the person using it, and I'm happy to roll with whatever you prefer. It can be fun to play with the communication limits! I had a blast with it in prior games. But I will never dictate a) how strong your character's magic or spiritual senses are or b) what counts as a fun thread for you. Pick what works best for you!

To help me out, please let me know on this post if Mikleo is able to interact with your character in person! And if you're not sure, we can sort it out here.

Mikleo will never be visible in photos or on the relic, but his voice will always work on it regardless of resonance.

ALSO ALSO- Mikleo has the same ability to sense malevolence as Sorey. So if you can fill out Sorey's permissions as well, it would help us both out!

What's their resonance like? Echoes of Vidyadhara spirits are made of water. High elders are more in tune with the greater energies of the universe. And containing the azure dragon gives him a greater connection to water.

However if you want to play it that he has a watery shape like those echoes? I’m so up for that. Feel free to see he is wearing a guide of cloud hymn magic to cover his true face in return.

Yeah and I’ll toss up a thing for Kaeya later. He can see elemental energy etc so. But Dan Heng hasn’t met any other water spiritish people and no one has clocked his dragon stuff yet.

What's their resonance like? So, Kaeya has the same elemental sight as any other Allogene/Genshin. It shows elemental energies and things made from it, but I'm willing to bend it. I would find it hilarious that Kaeya sees him just fine while the dragon sees a water echo. But any way you want to swing it, I'm game.
